I qualified as an
Integrative Counsellor in 2003 and, since then, have
been working with clients in different settings to help
support them to recognise their issues and what choices
are available to tackle them. Being an integrative
counsellor means that I use a number of different
theories and approaches to help you to recognise why you
are feeling unhappy and help to provide the tools and
techniques to facilitate change for the better.
My areas of specialism include but are not restricted
to:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Addiction – particularly
alcohol and drugs
- Bereavement and loss
- Stress
- Feelings of being generally
stuck
- Relationship issues
The sessions are confidential
and I abide by the Ethical Framework of the British
