With over 15 years experience in the therapeutic field, I have

depression, low self-confidence, and a wide range of anxiety
disorders.
I’m proud to be an accredited member of the British Association for
Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Association
Française de Thérapie Comportementale et Cognitive (AFTCC). My work
