I am a senior
accredited member of BACP with over 20 years’
experience. I offer counselling, psychotherapy and
clinical supervision to individuals, couples and groups.
I have experience of working with a wide range of
presenting difficulties including: stress, anxiety,
depression, relationship difficulties, past or present
abuse and addictions.
My aim as a therapist is to work with you as an
individual or couple, to give space to gain
understanding and process what is happening to you and
help you find a more positive way of being, feeling and
