an experienced Progressive Counsellor, Coach, and EFT
(Emotional Freedom Techniques) Therapist. A member of
EFTi (Emotional Freedom Techniques International) and
the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
I offer online sessions via Zoom on Mondays, Fridays,
and Saturdays. You are welcome to arrange a free
15-minute call to find out more before booking a
session. Your first session is an opportunity to
experience how I work and decide whether I’m the right
person for you.

I take a whole-person approach
in both counselling and coaching. Progressive
Counselling focuses on how your experiences are
affecting you today. It’s an integrative forward-looking
talking therapy. My aim is to help you to recover, heal,
and grow. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental
space where you can identify and work through the things
that are holding you back or causing distress. I also
provide self-help tools that you can use between
sessions as well as long-term.
EFT Therapy is described as ‘acupuncture without the
needles’. A talking therapy that includes ‘tapping’ on
specific points of the body (you tap on yourself). It is
an effective way of working with trauma, anxiety,
depression, addiction, phobias and grief. With EFT you
don’t need to talk about the issue as long as you know
what it is.
Progressive Coaching offers a non-therapeutic space to
explore challenges and opportunities – personal or
professional. |
