Brainspotting therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on accessing and processing unresolved trauma, emotional distress, and other challenging experiences stored in the brain and body. It is a gentle yet powerful method that helps individuals identify and address deep-rooted issues that may be causing emotional or psychological difficulties.

During a Brainspotting session, the therapist guides the client's gaze to specific "brainspots" or eye positions that correspond to the activated neural networks associated with the unresolved issue. By maintaining their focus on these spots, the client can access and process the stored emotions, memories, and sensations connected to the issue.

Brainspotting aims to facilitate the natural healing and self-regulation abilities of the brain, allowing for the release and integration of unresolved experiences. It is a focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation, grief, injury and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Each session is enhanced with bilateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing. It is also utilized for athletic, corporate performance and personal goal attainment and in an expansion setting.
